A frequent guest artist on The FOV Series, Susan Yondt, Professor of Piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Stockholm, presents a solo recital titled "An American in Sweden" which will include music by Edvard Grieg, Ture Rangström, Leo Smit, George Gershwin, and Rebecca Clarke.
Fredonia Professor of Cello, Natasha Farny and Internationally-touring pianist, Kuang-Hao Huang, Professor of Piano at both the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University and at Concordia College-Chicago are featured in a recital program of masterworks for cello and piano.
Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Principal Viola Caroline Gilbert returns to the FOV series, joined by her BPO colleagues for a program of chamber works composed for trio and quartet.
Mexican guitarist Ricardo Saeb and San Francisco Conservatory of Music flutist Nicole Murray, Co-Director of the Liminal Space Ensemble, are featured in a wide- ranging program of works by several composers including Stravinsky and Astor Piazzolla, the Argentine master of nuevo tango.
The Julliard School of Music trained violinist Isabel Ong, Professor of Violin at the Fredonia School of Music, will be joined by a pianist TBA, in a recital program for works featuring both the solo violin and violin and piano.
Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Principal Harp Madeline Olson makes a welcome return to the FOV Series with a program of music composed for solo harp.
