BPO double bass Jonathan Borden and BPO percussionist Dinesh Joseph join Amusen Trio members BPO violinist Loren Silvertrust and BPO cellist Amélie Fradette along with pianist, Susan Schuman for a program featuring some of their favorite pieces from the genres of jazz, film, and world music.

Tempus Fugit Presents an afternoon of Late Romantic Clarinet Quintets. Michael Tumiel, clarinet and Shannon Reilly, violin will be joined by fellow UB faculty members Leanne Darling, viola and Jonathan Golove, cello (and a TBA second violinist) in a rare performance of two masterpieces for clarinet quintet.
Henry Ward, the Principal
Oboe of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, will be back with colleagues in a
program TBA.
The Tempus Fugit Trio,
clarinetist Michael Tumiel, violinist Shannon Reilly and pianist Michael Serio with a
program that includes the Sequenza for Solo Violin and the Sequenza for Solo Clarinet by Luciano Berio, as well as L’Histoire du soldat
by Igor Stravinsky.
Popular young vocalist Alex McArthur will be accompanied by the master jazz pianist George Caldwell, Professor of Piano at the University at Buffalo in a program featuring both jazz and classical repertory.
